Every one who visits Czechia whats to take photos in Prague. The city is a perl in vast expanse of Europe. During the Word War II when lots of the cities were badly damaged, the Czech capital was not distorted and therefore most of the architecture, monuments and generally the atmosphere remained. Therefore it is so essential always to keep you camera or phone charged, while discovering the insides of the city of 100 spires.
Don’t harry
I see a lot of people rushing to take photos in Prague. But, stop! I totally understand that first eye contact with such an incredible places as Old Town Square or Charles Bridge make people crazy. But try to hold yourself in hands and to control the emotions. Make a pause, look around with your eyes first, breath. Do you best to find the object that attracts your attention most of all and only here you should focus with your camera and make a frame.

Panorama
If you leave the Old Town of Prague and follow the river side or climb one of Prague hills, you will see how all these cute houses look from the distance. Use your phone or your digital camera (if you know how do make it) in order to make a panorama. In this type of photography you also need to be attentive to details. So it is another way of how to take photos in Prague.
Find a nice point to put in the middle of the picture (if any). Watch your hands while moving the camera in order the picture gets even. It is very important to move smoothly and to have no high objects in close distance to the camera. Avoid any object in motion, because camera can cut them and the final picture would look strange.
Towers
Towers are everywhere in Prague. That is why people call it the city of 100 spires. Most of them are the highest buildings in area and we all know that great things are visible from the distance. Unfortunately the streets of Prague are quite narrow and don’t always let you step aside enough in order to capture the construction. In this situations I use my secret tool. It is available for anyone with a mobile phone camera. To take photos in Prague of tall buildings I use panorama mode on my phone vertically. Try and you are sure to like this method. The only negative feature is the fouling of the shape of the object. But you can try to correct it manually.

Pick-up the bright
Autumn and the middle of the spring are the two periods of year when you are sure to have bright and colorful images of Prague. For interesting summer and winter photography in Prague it is essential to find the best time and place for a picture. The colors are quite even and the city itself is quite dark. What I personally do in such a situation: I look for a bright object, which looks contrastive with background and put this object in front of the frame.
It can be a kid wearing a red jacket, a blue umbrella or even a colorful leave. This method helps to concentrate not only on the architecture or nature around, but have kind of “main character”. Remember this tip in order to take photos in Prague.
Experiment and take photos in Prague
If you go to Instagram and check the pictures under hash tag “Prague” you’ll find compilation of almost alike pictures. There are: Old Town Hall tower, Tyn church, a view on Prague castle, river, some of red roofs. Most of the pictures were taken by tourists and locals with no idea implemented: just a click.
But if you would like to be unique in your travel photography, try to experiment: find a new and interesting composition, check reflections in the windows. They can inspire. And generally use your brains and think over every click you make: why do you take photos in Prague and what for.
Why do you take picture here – should be the question to ask every time you have the camera in hands
